Back on the market!!

I'm posting this for my Montgomery friends in hopes that someone needs or knows of someone looking for a house. Our house officially goes back on the MLS and market this Monday. As most of you know we decided to rent our house this past year in hopes the market would pick up. Our realtor had a great renter lined up (who took care of the house very well) and we had so much going on here...moving, buying a new house, starting new jobs....that we really didn't want to deal with the stress and hassle of selling our house at the time.


It has been a year now and our renters our moving out. Althought the market has NOT picked up, we're ready to be done with the house. Although we love it and have so many memories there (it was our first house we bought together), it is time to move on. I feel like once it is sold we will feel more settled in MS.
